For years, in late April, High Point has been privileged to host a Women’s Conference. Many women have been blessed and spiritually impacted by those weekends, and for that we gratefully give God the praise. In the spring of 2011 we have prayerfully decided to step back and take a rest from hosting this event. The reasons are multiple; one significant concern being that Easter Weekend falls on the same date on which the conference would normally be scheduled. Because of previously scheduled events on the surrounding dates we are prevented from shifting our Women’s Conference to an alternate date.

And finally, but certainly very importantly – after decades of our women sacrificially serving and giving for this weekend, we feel compelled to take a weekend away for them to invest in their lives specifically. Please pray for us as we re-evaluate the weekend as a whole and seek God for how He would have us invest in and encourage the lives of women.

    • Please remember to bring your own bedding and towels. Ladies who wish to stay in hotel housing should make their own reservations and payments directly to the hotel.

    We have several rooms blocked off for "High Point Camp" at the Holiday Inn in Morgantown for a rate of $89/night. However, Holiday Inn asks for reservations to be made by March 30, 2010 to get this special rate.
