Camp Rental
To make a reservation with High Point Camp and Conference Center, a rental application must be completed and returned with a security deposit. Upon our receipt of these items, our staff will call the group leader to prepare a final confirmation. A confirmation letter will be sent to the group leader following the phone conversation. In the event that a retreat is canceled before sixty days of the scheduled arrival date, the security deposit will be returned. Cancellations less than sixty days before the scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit. The security deposit may also be used to cover expenses created from damage to property or equipment by individual or group neglect, misuse, or abuse, as well as any additional expenses that are created by a member of the group. The security deposit is not applied to your balance due. After the visit, the refundable portion of the security deposit will be processed and mailed by our business department (this will take at least one week).
Checks and money orders are acceptable methods for making security deposits or payments. Charge cards are not accepted. Please make checks and money orders payable to High Point Camp. **Please visit the Camp Guidelines page as well, in order to know what is expected of groups that are visiting High Point Camp.
