RELATIONAL EXPERIENCE
SMALL GROUPS
We believe that you need a place to call home, be encouraged and also challenged while you are here this summer. We invite you into the home of a Director Staff family for the summer. You, along with several other staff members then become a Small Group together with them. During staff training we work hard to get to know you and make you feel like you are a part of our family. You meet in their homes each week for yummy snacks, games, and fun together. Sunday mornings our staff wives cook home cooked breakfast for you and then we spend time praying, talking about the week, and encouraging each other through God's word. You will feel like family here.
PEER ACCOUNTABILITY
A-TEAMS
Meet weekly with an even smaller group of peers to talk about struggles, pray together, and prepare for your week ahead at camp. A-Teams are an essential part of our desire for you to develop relationships while you are here on staff. It is important for you to know that you have another layer of people to talk to when you need it.

As you work beside each other in work crews, spend time together in trainings and just running to Walmart on the weekend - it doesn't take long for you to create lifelong bonds with total strangers! We love that about camp! Serving together for a common goal helps to create shared experiences and the gift of friendships!

STAFF TRAINING
EQUIPPED AND PREPARED FOR THE SUMMER
Whether it is training to be a lifeguard, counselor, retail or kitchen - you will have plenty of time with your teammates to learn your position before camp starts. We spend two weeks working through materials that will help you grow in your walk with God, and in turn be able to pour into your campers.

STAFF WIVES FEED YOU WELL!
Each weekend of the summer - on top of hosting our staff in their homes - our wives take turns and feed our entire staff each weekend so that you don't feel like you have to spend your money eating out (unless you want to!) We host staff lunches, and dinners all weekend in addition to the Small Group Breakfasts on Sunday Mornings. You will leave feeling blessed by them this summer!
